A very interesting sight. I did not like some attitudes. Some disinterest in possible customers, we actually happened to have a table reserved, but we were refused twice without even one 《have to wait a little》. They keep their bellies full until they're hungry ... The beer and wine list is weak, limited to a brand of beer with alcohol, hefe-weizen looks like the water to wash the vats, and the bad wines of the region, a thousand years old to make wine and still failed ... The dish I chose knew nothing, which is better than tasting bad. The place asked for more.

As already mentioned again and again: wonderful view !!! The food was delicious (salmon fillet, salad, kid spaetzle, sausage salad, soup), service friendly and attentive! Would come again 😊

We went here for our wedding dinner with a small group. Everything to our complete satisfaction: menu composition, price-performance ratio, service and atmosphere were wonderful! We would be happy to come back.

Nice view, but although the restaurant was nowhere near full, the meal took way too long. The staff is nice but not outstanding. There are a lot of wasps there. Nothing for allergy sufferers or people with apiphobia ... We still had a pleasant lunch and will definitely be back. There is something for everyone in terms of food (for vegetarians there is a dish on the menu), good quality, the prices are okay.

We got a table straight away. The drinks came immediately but the menu still didn't come after 30 minutes. Guests who were there before received the card again. We sat for 45 minutes and drew attention to ourselves. Unfortunately we left then. The staff is overwhelmed. When paying the bill, we also had to run behind. Despite negative service, we left tips ... Not recommended for young people, rather for cozy people 😄

We had a great lunch today in great weather and a family environment. The service was warm and very friendly. Gladly again and again and highly recommended due to the high quality of the dishes and great presentations, you will be surprised by every dish and happy to finally get started. The prices are reasonable. The portions are not too much, but also not too little, you get exactly full, but is not completely overcrowded. Especially recommended for small family reunions or meals with parents / grandparents. High level with great views. Many thanks.

The restaurant was well attended, but enough staff would have been there to serve us. Despite multiple requests, no order was taken by us. The service that we asked about it was very rude to us.

The Cafe Restaurant Röderswald already makes a very inviting impression from the outside, which is also reflected in the guest area. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, unobtrusive. The service was friendly and courteous. The food could be a bit more versatile. On the dinner menu I miss Vespers or small dishes. The food itself was fresh and tasted very good. The portions are sufficient for normal hunger. The prices are normal. The overall impression of the restaurant and the sanitary facilities is very clean and appealing. We will be back definitely!

Went to the restaurant twice. Experienced the same situation: the service time is extremely long to prepare the food and no notice or apology is received from the owner or waitress. Take the second visit as example: we arrived at 12:45pm for lunch and until 2:00pm we still didn’t have our food. It’s understandable that it could take time to prepare because of many guests. But it’s not understandable and acceptable for the attitude of waitress and owner. During the whole time, no one came to us to explain: sorry, you have to wait XX minutes more. When we asked when the food would be available, they just answered: you have to wait. When we said if you don’t know then we would have to leave because we have to catch the train. Then suddenly they started to blame us: it’s due to your fault, why you didn’t tell us blablabla. As a guest, it’s not my job to tell you my arrangement considering the buffer we saved for a lunch is enough. But as a restaurant owner you should do your time management and capacity evaluation better to inform your customer how long they have to wait. Very disappointed on this kind of service, seems they don’t care to lose customer. What kind of restaurant would just blame customer without even thinking a little on their inferior professionalism. One thing is sure: we will never come back.
